The collected information is not shared outside what is mentioned in this policy. Information is stored on JCloud As’s servers located in Norway if nothing else is explicitly noted. Handling of information is secured by authentication and encryption by TLS/SSL technology.

Analytics and statistics

Arctic Nutrition uses Google Analytics for collecting and analysing user activity on our web pages. The data that is collected is anonymised through Google Analytics Anonymized IP. We only process aggregated data from Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is connected to Privacy Shield which guarantees that personal information is processed according to EUs laws regarding personal data (GDPR). You can read more about how Google Analytics processes personal data here.

Contact form

When you fill out our contact forms the data is stored on JCloud As’s servers located in Norway. Your contact information is only used to follow up your request. Your request is registered in our system for customer care and is deleted when there is no further use of the processing.

Search field

Your searches on our web pages is registered on JCloud As’s servers located in Norway. The searches are not connected to you personally unless you reveal any personal information in the search itself.

Email

Email is an important tool for Arctic Nutrition in communication with our customers, our business partners, public authorities and other contacts connected to our business. The data is stored on JCloud As’s servers located in Norway. The information shared with us is not shared other than where it is naturally for the specific assignment, your request or other cases where sharing is demanded by e.g. requesting an offer from a third party.

Arctic Nutrition does not send any special (sensitive) categories, information or personal identification numbers by email.

Newsletter and marketing

Arctic Nutrition sends newsletters and other information to market our products and services. This processing is based upon your request or consent.

Arctic Nutrition uses Mailchimp to send newsletters and other email-based marketing. Your information is deleted if you withdraw your consent or resign your newsletter.
